hello!
1)Our band camp would be from 19th November - 21st November just to let all of you know, so please do not have your holidays on these few dates.... Our performance would be on 19th nov. too.... Which means after our performance, we would continue our band camp.... The 19th - 21st Nov. band camp schedule is not included in the schedule given to all of you today.... We would be giving out the consent form soon....

2) The due date for the farewell night performance, is on next next tuesday, which is: 4th NOV.
(The dateline would not be further extended......)

3)FAREWELL NIGHT PERFORMANCE GROUPS:
*The groups have been changed a little. As you know, its not that we want to make it difficult for all of you.... why would we want to do it deliberately? It would not benefit us at all... the thing is that our band is very big.... we are one whole band.... we cannot always be in our own friends and so on right? We changed some of you but we also tried to make sure all of you would have at least someone that you are sort of close with. We understand that you would be uncomfortable cause you dunno some ppl in your group. If you find that you would have no one to be with in your group, please approach us and we will definitely help you.... I hope all of you understand that there is a need to bond our whole band.... so please do cooperate with us....

We know that all of you would be tired and so on since we are going to have more practices due to the SYF next year and Ngee Ann City performance(Nov.) .... after thinking to see if there are other ways to have something else to entertain our sec.4s we felt that having a performance as usual is still the best way. We can't possibly have movie screening (no effort and sincerity from us to our sec.4s....) or some games.... the sec.4s would be expecting to watch something as per normal right? Thus, as we know that the farewell performance would add up more practices, we decided to ask all of you to v___o *:) your performances, so we would not have to ask all of you to come back to do rehearsals like previous years and also make it more "special"..... We hope and would appreciate alot for all of you to put in an effort to sacrifice just a few hours to meet up and do the performance by the dateline given. *please send us your NGs if its funny....

4)24th October and 25th October:
to all sec.2s and 3s, these 2 days are very important. All of you are expected to turn up. It is for SYF, and is very important. You can come in your PE attire and dun have to be in correct attire on friday. You only have to bring your instrument and file on sat. While on Saturday, come in full school uniform if you dun mind the sweat, if not you can wear half pe- uniform. (pe shirt with skirt/ pants) than change before we video the marching thing down. RMB TO BRING YOUR WATERBOTTLES TOO!

5)The 2dates: 29th October and 4th November if you refer to the schedule given to all of you is not optional sectionals, they are official band practice, thus all of you are expected to turn up.

6)to SLs: if you think that your section needs more practice, the bandstore would be opened on 3rd november from 8- 12pm for sectionals..... Also, all sec.1s would be performing in the ngee ann city performance. You would have to cut some of their parts (more about this would be briefed later on....)

7) For those going overseas, and would not be able to attend certain band practice, rmb to photocopy your passport.

8) Only MCs are allowed as an excuse if you never attend band practice.

9)Rmb to report 15mins earlier for all practices.

10) For those who did not attend the meeting after school just now due to some reasons, please get your consent form from your SLs. If you are unable to get or if you lost the scheudule or something, please inform us through the tagboard asap....
